What’s included:

Initial Consultation

1-3 meetings, 4-6 weeks prior to event

Walk through of site

Vendor Timeline Coordination

Up to 2 hours of pre-event service for rehearsal

1-2 day of coordinators (as needed)

1 month before event, on-going conversations will be initiated and continued until day of event

1 month before event, a timeline  will be outlined. From that plan Events by Vision will formulate a start to finish sequence of events for all parts of the event from rehearsal to end of night.

Day of: Up to ten (10) consecutive hours of on-site execution. (If additional time is required or requested an hourly rate of $200 will apply).

 

Day of: Events by Vision will manage and execute all timing directives and manage Event or ceremony and reception setup and decor according to  timeline and diagrams.

Day of: Execute placement for programs, table numbers and place cards/escort cards.

Day of: Oversee vendor deliveries as outlined by vendor contracts executed by Parties

Day of: Throughout the Event or wedding day, planner will periodically check in on the Parties

Day of: Cue ceremony musicians, and direct timing for family and wedding party or Parties of event for the wedding day or  Event, as outlined in the timeline provided by Events by Vision.
